chore(nacos): 新增 dev/prod 双命名空间配置导入脚本 / Add import scripts for dev and prod namespaces
- bash 与 PowerShell 双版本脚本，默认导入 dev、prod 命名空间（不再导入 public）
- 命名空间 ID 可通过 NACOS_NAMESPACES 覆盖，地址/账号/密码走环境变量
- 导入前检查命名空间是否存在（缺失仅告警），逐文件输出导入结果
- 重写 README：文件清单、导入前需修改的配置项、命名空间与脚本用法说明

- 部门结构改为总公司+总经办+信息技术部+两个分公司（各8部门）
- 新增 14 个业务角色（董事长/总经理/部长/各经理/业务员等，含数据权限）
- 删除模板外链菜单与关于页面，Nacos/AI 控制台补充图标并默认隐藏
- 新增参数种子：sys.account.captchaType、sys.account.xcxApps（含两个小程序示例）

feat(auth): 图片验证码类型支持参数管理动态配置 / Make image captcha type configurable via sys_config
- 生成验证码时优先读取参数 sys.account.captchaType（math/char），未配置时回退 yml security.captcha.type
- 参数经 RemoteConfigService 读取，参数管理保存后即时生效

feat(auth): 小程序登录支持配置化与手机号一键登录自动注册 / Add configurable xcx login with phone auto-registration
- 小程序 appid/密钥支持参数管理 sys.account.xcxApps（JSON 数组，多小程序）优先，yml security.xcx.apps 兜底
- 登录新增 phoneCode 字段，调用微信 getuserphonenumber 解析真实手机号，stable_token 按小程序缓存至 redis
- 首次登录自动注册：以授权手机号为账号（已有同手机号账号则直接绑定），写入 sys_social 绑定 openid
- 自动注册默认昵称/初始密码(sys.user.initPassword)/头像/性别，用户类型 app_user
